JOB OFFERING \| ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT **Workplace:** Barcelona **Sector:** Accounting and tax advisory services Due to the growth of our business, we are seeking to incorporate **an Accountant / Accounting Assistant** into our team. Main responsibilities * Managing daily client accounting. * Recording and organizing purchase and sales invoices. * Posting and reviewing bank transactions. * Performing bank reconciliations and reviewing accounting accounts. * Supporting tax preparation and filing: VAT, Personal Income Tax (IRPF), Corporate Tax, etc. * Assisting with quarterly and annual financial closings. * Organizing and managing accounting and tax documentation. * Communicating with clients and tracking required documentation. * Supporting other administrative and accounting tasks typical of an advisory firm. Requirements * Prior experience in accounting, taxation, or administration in Spain is preferred. * Knowledge of the Spanish accounting and tax system. * Experience with software such as **A3, Sage, Contasol**, or other accounting programs is preferred. * Proficiency in **Excel, Word, and office productivity tools**. * Sufficient Spanish language skills to work and communicate with clients. * Proficiency in both **Chinese and Spanish** is especially valued. * Responsible, organized, meticulous individual with strong aptitude for working with data and figures. * Prior experience in **accounting or tax advisory firms** is especially valued.
