Handling of hand tools and light machinery 3. Collaboration in site safety and maintenance A company specializing in public works construction is looking for 3 construction workers for public works. Mandatory requirements include: driving licence category B; minimum 12 months’ experience in similar positions; primary education; fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish; flexibility regarding working hours; ability to adapt to varying environmental conditions inherent to on-site work; physical stamina; and teamwork capability. Offered: Gross monthly salary of 1572.16 Euros paid in 14 installments. The worker will perform support tasks in civil works under the supervision of skilled workers and site supervisors, including the following duties: \- Site preparation and work area conditioning (clearing vegetation, cleaning, debris removal, and basic levelling). \- Loading, unloading, and stacking of construction materials (aggregates, cement, tools, etc.). \- Support in carrying out urbanization works, paving, piping, trenches, and drainage systems. \- Handling of hand tools and light machinery (pneumatic hammer, compactor, shovel, etc.). \- Collaboration in site signage and layout activities, ensuring safety within the work area. \- Basic cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas. \- Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, use of PPE, and adherence to instructions from the site manager. \- General assistance to skilled workers in tasks related to construction and public works. * Experience: 12 months. \- Minimum 12 months’ experience in similar positions. \- Ability to adapt to varying environmental conditions inherent to on-site work, physical stamina, and teamwork capability. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Spanish (spoken: intermediate; written: proficient) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate; written: proficient) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Languages: Catalan and Spanish — fluent spoken proficiency \- Flexibility regarding working hours * Driving licence: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1572 * Additional relevant information: \- The company is based in Anglès, but projects are located throughout the province of Girona. Candidates will be offered the possibility of meeting at a common location (specifically at Espai Gironès in Salt), after which the employer will transport them to required work sites. The meeting time would be between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., allowing arrival at work sites by 8:00 a.m. \- Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Flexibility regarding working hours.
