Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to collaborate on and support architecture, heritage management, and construction projects, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration on projects and support to the construction department. 2. Preparation of measurements, budgets, and safety management. 3. Supervision of personnel and site management. We are an architecture, heritage management, and construction firm with over 20 years of experience. We seek a technician for immediate incorporation into the construction department. **Job Description** Collaboration and support on assigned projects, in accordance with instructions provided by the supervisor and procedures established by SK Servicios. **Responsibilities** Preparation of measurements and budgets. Conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans. Negotiating bids with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and certifying work. Supervising in-house staff and collaborating companies. Site management, document control, and final settlement. **Work Areas** Post-sale incident management in the residential sector. Office renovation. Retail. Residential renovation. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Valid driver’s license. Geographic availability. Completion of the 60-hour PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) course is considered a plus.
