We are looking for a professional with proven experience in construction projects and a passion for building, to participate in high-quality and sustainable construction projects. Our client is an established construction company with over 3 years of experience, specializing in both public and private building projects. Based in Zaragoza, they carry out: * Single-family and multi-family homes, including Passivhaus projects. * Industrial warehouses. * Educational, healthcare, and administrative centers. * Energy-efficient rehabilitation and comprehensive renovations. * Urban development, civil works, and sanitation. * Unique and innovative projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily execution of construction work, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors. * Ensure safety and compliance with current regulations at all times. * Manage materials, resources, and logistics on site. * Report progress to the Site Manager and technical management. * Identify and resolve technical issues during the execution phase. * Maintain up-to-date technical and monitoring documentation. ### **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a **Construction Site Supervisor** in building projects. * Residence in Zaragoza or surrounding areas. * Strong technical knowledge in construction execution, blueprint interpretation, and construction processes. * Organizational skills, leadership, and ability to work in a team. * Basic proficiency in computer tools and construction reporting. * Valid driver's license B (company vehicle provided). ### **Benefits** * Stable position with immediate incorporation. * Company vehicle. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Genuine opportunities for career growth within the company. * Continuous training and involvement in innovative projects.
