Job Summary: We are seeking Construction Site Managers to supervise the execution and quality of residential building works, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Technical Management team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the execution and quality of on-site construction work. 2. Ensure budget compliance and construction scheduling. 3. Manage procurement and invoice approvals. Crearte Consulting is currently looking for 5 Construction Site Managers for building projects in Madrid. Although your first project will be located in Guadalajara The company hiring you is well-established in the market and has built over 10\.000 residential units in both public and private housing projects, including protected housing (VPO) and free-market residential developments. T Your responsibilities as Construction Site Manager will include: * Supervise the execution and quality of on-site construction work. * Ensure budget compliance and construction scheduling. * Perform monthly site closure for cost control. * Certifications, production, and forecasting of monthly certifications. * Manage procurement and invoice approvals. * Conduct site visits with the Technical Management team and the property owner. * Coordinate final settlement and price review upon project completion. * Report to the Group Manager and Delegate. * Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, as well as quality and environmental plans. PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS A CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PROJECTS IN SPAIN IS MANDATORY Experience in renovation and rehabilitation projects is not what we are seeking.
