Opportunity to work on large-scale, prestigious projects For our client, a national leader in the construction sector, **EXPERTA** is selecting a **Construction Site Manager** to join their team in **Marbella**. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, costs and quality standards. * Manage and coordinate the workforce, including subcontractors and suppliers, to guarantee proper execution of works. * Continuously monitor project progress and implement corrective actions in case of deviations. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards. * Manage the material and human resources required for the execution of works. * Participate in meetings with clients and other stakeholders to report on project progress and resolve potential issues. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions, preferably within the building construction sector. * Solid knowledge of project management, planning, budgeting and cost control. * Ability to lead and motivate work teams. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Familiarity with project management software.
