Leadership, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset **Job Description** We are seeking a Construction Site Manager holding a technical degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with solid experience in comprehensive construction project management and a specialized focus on supplier contracting and material procurement. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing on-site work, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budgeted costs. Key responsibilities include direct management of the procurement process, including soliciting and analyzing quotations, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, contracting supplies and services, and tracking orders to ensure continuous site supply. The candidate must conduct thorough cost control, identify budget deviations, propose corrective measures, and maintain smooth communication with both the technical team and external suppliers. The Construction Site Manager must be capable of interpreting drawings and technical documentation, supervising correct execution of works in accordance with design specifications and current regulations, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements on site. Prior experience in negotiating with construction-sector suppliers, knowledge of construction materials and processes, and proficiency in digital tools for economic control and planning will be highly valued. We require an organized, decisive, and leadership-capable individual accustomed to making decisions in demanding environments, possessing strong communication and negotiation skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a high sense of responsibility. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-site and in the office are mandatory. **Requirements** * Experience in construction project management, project planning, and supervision of multidisciplinary teams. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Qualification: Architecture * Experience in material procurement management. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation, budgeting, and cost control. * Technical proficiency in construction-related tools and technologies. * Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills to ensure efficient and effective outcomes. * Ability to solve problems and make rapid decisions in dynamic scenarios. **Digital Competencies** Proficiency in digital tools such as PRESTO, EXCEL, and AUTOCAD is considered a plus. \- Driver’s license (Class B) and personal vehicle.
