Immediate incorporation **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to comprehensively manage construction projects. The role entails responsibility for the technical, financial, and schedule execution of the construction work. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Directing and controlling on-site construction execution * Financial management: cost control, certifications, and procurement * Coordination of subcontractors and specialized trades * Liaison with supervising engineers and clients * Quality, safety, and regulatory compliance supervision * Planning and monitoring of schedules **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager * Proficiency in tools such as Presto, AutoCAD, and MS Project * Strong management and decision-making skills * Results-oriented and solution-driven profile **WHAT WE OFFER** * Stable project in a growing company * Opportunity for professional development * Salary commensurate with experience * Immediate incorporation Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €28,000.00\-€35,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
