Schedule, budget, and quality control. ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution from inception to handover. * Control schedules, budgets, and quality across all project phases. * Manage work teams and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors. * Conduct financial monitoring: certifications, settlements, and cost control. * Maintain communication with clients and technical management. * Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager on residential projects. * Proficiency in budget management and planning tools (AutoCAD, Presto, ERP). * Organized, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable profile.
