**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced **Buffet Cook** with volume cooking expertise to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting buffet dishes, ensuring service quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Preparation and cooking of cold and hot dishes for buffet service. * Restocking and maintaining buffet presentation during service. * Quality control, preservation, and storage of food items. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Organization and cleaning of the work area. * Collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a buffet cook in hotels or catering establishments. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and quality orientation.
