We are looking for a cook to join our kitchen team, with experience in the food service industry and the ability to work in an organized manner during service. Preparation and cooking of menu items. Mise en place and pre-service preparation. Organization and maintenance of the assigned station. Product control and restocking. Cleaning and tidying of the workstation. Compliance with internal procedures and food hygiene and safety regulations. Coordination with other kitchen staff and front-of-house staff during service. * 2 years of experience. Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in food service, including experience in dish preparation and cooking, mise en place, and working during high-demand services. * COMPLETE PRIMARY EDUCATION * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Other relevant information: 2 days off per week with intensive schedule
