We are seeking a **CNC Machining Center Setup Programmer** to join an established industrial company specializing in the manufacture of high-precision components for technically demanding sectors.
If you have experience setting up and programming machining centers and are looking for a stable position with an intensive morning schedule, we would like to meet you.
**What will your responsibilities be?**

* Setup, adjustment, and programming of CNC machining centers.
* Interpretation of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
* Definition of machining processes, tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
* Manual machine-side programming and, when required, CAD/CAM software programming (preferably HyperMILL).
* Commissioning of prototype and short-series production.
* Dimensional verification of parts using measuring instruments.
* Correction and optimization of programs to improve cycle times and quality.
* Fabrication and adaptation of fixtures when required by the process.
* Identification and reporting of issues, proposing continuous improvements to production processes.
**What are we looking for?**

* Vocational training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Machining, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
* Minimum of **3 years' experience** setting up and/or programming CNC machining centers.
* Solid knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation, tolerances, and machining processes.
* Experience in manual machine-side programming.
* Experience with **HyperMILL** software is desirable.
* Familiarity with controls such as **Mazak, Makino/Fanuc, Okuma**, or similar.
* Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, comparators, etc.).
* Autonomous, rigorous, solution-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
