The selected candidate will be responsible for the full execution of construction works, leading on-site teams and ensuring compliance with technical, economic, and quality objectives. **Responsibilities** * Direction and execution of civil works on site. * Organization of work teams, subcontractors, and material resources. * Control of schedules, costs, and construction output. * Daily monitoring of construction progress and resolution of on-site issues. * Control of certifications, measurements, and construction progress reports. * Coordination with technical management, clients, and suppliers. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Periodic reporting on construction status to management. Requirements * Engineering degree (mandatory). * Demonstrable experience as a Civil Works Site Manager on site. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Knowledge of cost control, planning, and construction execution. * Availability to work in the provinces of Ávila, Segovia, and Valladolid. * Valid driver’s license. * Desirable: Experience in paving, asphalt, or road infrastructure. * Residence in Castilla y León or willingness to relocate.
