Main Responsibilities: * Economic and technical planning of construction projects. * Cost control and economic monitoring (monthly closings, variance analysis, etc.). * Interpretation of drawings and technical definition of construction solutions. * Preparation and review of measurements and certifications. * Requesting quotations, conducting comparative analyses, and proposing contracts. * Supervision of suppliers, subcontractors, and industrial partners. * Coordination of work teams and management of human and material resources. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, quality, and deadlines. * Direct liaison with the client and overall site coordination. Requirements * Degree in Technical Engineering in Public Works, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum occupational health and safety training (Basic Level, 60 hours). * Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Civil Works Manager on similar civil engineering projects. * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office. * Strong planning, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Valid Class B driving license. * Willingness to travel within Castilla y León.
