Present in 12 countries, we specialize in the investment, design, construction, and management of large-scale projects across sectors such as **Concessions, Energy, and Infrastructure.** We are looking to incorporate into our team **an Electrical Site Manager** with experience in energy infrastructure to lead the initial and structural phase of a 150 MW solar park. As the highest-responsibility role for site preparation—including land adaptation, access roads, foundations, and drainage systems—you will ensure the project’s foundation meets required engineering and geotechnical standards. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Earthworks: Supervise clearing, grading (cut & fill), and platform preparation for tracker and substation installation. * Roads and Accesses: Coordinate construction of internal and external roads, ensuring load-bearing capacity for heavy machinery transit. * Drainage and Conduits: Supervise trenching for cables, manholes, and stormwater drainage systems to prevent erosion. * Technical Foundations: Lead execution of concrete slabs for power stations (substations). * Surveying Management: Validate layout surveys and ensure ground levels match hydraulic and mechanical design specifications. * Quality Control: Supervise laboratory tests (Proctor, density, concrete strength). **To join our team, you need:** **Experience:** Minimum 5 years, including at least 2 large-scale photovoltaic plant or wind farm projects. **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or Technical Architecture / Building Surveying. **Mobility:** Willingness to reside or relocate to the project site for the duration of construction. **What do we offer?** * **A high-impact project:** You will have the opportunity to work on an innovative and large-scale infrastructure project, leaving a lasting legacy. * **Professional development:** We offer a long-term career path within a leading, stable, and diversified company, with real growth and internal promotion opportunities. * **Continuous training:** We provide specialized training to continuously develop your knowledge and skills, keeping you at the forefront of the industry.
