We are currently seeking to hire a **Forklift Operator** for our logistics center, with experience operating front-end and reach forklifts, to join a dynamic and committed team. **BENEFITS** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Immediate hiring. * Permanent and indefinite contract directly with the company. * Full-time schedule. * Working hours from Monday to Friday: **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**, or **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM** (including one hour for lunch). * Continuous training in logistics and transportation. * Real opportunities for professional development and advancement. * Excellent working environment and collaborative team. * Job stability within a continuously growing company. * Free parking. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Loading and unloading trucks using front-end and/or reach forklifts. * Placing, restocking, and moving goods and pallets within the warehouse. * Preparing and organizing orders for dispatch. * Monitoring goods inflows and outflows, verifying delivery notes and documentation. * Replenishing picking zones and continuously collaborating with the order-picking team. * Operating PDAs and radio-frequency systems for warehouse management. * Complying with warehouse safety, order, and cleanliness regulations. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient logistics operations flow. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience as a forklift operator in logistics warehouses or industrial environments. * Valid forklift operator license. * Experience operating reach forklifts. * Proficiency in operating front-end forklifts. * Experience in high-volume logistics warehouses and handling delicate goods will be valued. * Experience working with PDAs or radio-frequency systems is desirable. * Responsible, organized, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills. * Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
