**At Terreno Barrio Hotel, we believe hospitality is also served.** We are looking for a **Breakfast Server** for our hotel: a welcoming, bold, open, and fun place; conscious of its heritage while simultaneously modern, unconventional, and cosmopolitan. A free and unconfined kitchen where past and present, local and international, converge to create a unique gastronomic experience. You will be a key presence in the hotel’s gastronomic experience, delivering a warm, attentive service aligned with our identity. You will set up the dining area, serve food and beverages professionally, and take care of every detail so that each visit feels special. Your dedication will ensure a smooth, pleasant, and memorable experience for every guest. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Ensure setup and breakdown of the dining area, creating a well-kept space aligned with our standards. * Prepare the necessary mise en place so that each service flows harmoniously. * Provide direct food and beverage service with warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. * Handle table clearing and cleaning, maintaining tableware, equipment, and tools in perfect condition. * Leave the dining area and materials ready so the next shift can begin with excellence. * Maintain order, cleanliness, disinfection, and organization of your assigned station. * Strictly comply with the company’s hygiene, health, and food safety regulations. * Carry out assigned tasks before, during, and after service with a proactive and collaborative attitude. * Immediately report any incident to your supervisor to ensure prompt resolution. * Collaborate on departmental tasks as required by operations or directed by your immediate supervisor, contributing to the team’s smooth workflow. **Who are we looking for?** * Vocational training or specialized courses in restaurant service or waitstaff. * Food handling certification. * 1–2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. * Knowledge of dining room, bar, and restaurant service, as well as food safety and hygiene regulations. * Professional Spanish and English. * Experience using POS (Point of Sale) terminals. * We seek a committed, organized, customer-oriented, flexible individual with adaptability and teamwork skills. **What do we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a distinctive gastronomic project where every detail matters and every service has purpose. * An environment where creativity, hospitality, and teamwork are authentically lived. * Job stability, starting with a fixed-term intermittent contract, with the intention that, over time, you become a permanent member of the Terreno family. * Ongoing training and mentoring to support your professional development. * A flexible compensation plan and exclusive benefits for employees. * Bicycle and scooter parking, supporting more comfortable and sustainable mobility.
