Say farewell to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary!* **Job Description** **What you’ll do...** We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Food \& Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high\-quality coffee and beverages, as well as delivering exceptional table service. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding hospitality, product knowledge, and attention to detail. * Support the team with daily Food \& Beverage operations. * Be the face of our guests’ experience, ensuring that every interaction is welcoming, engaging, and memorable. * Prepare and serve coffee, espresso\-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to brand standards and guest preferences. * Take food and beverage orders, serve guests efficiently, and ensure a smooth dining experience. * Create a fun, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy themselves. * Describe coffee offerings, beverages, and menu items with confidence, providing recommendations based on guests’ preferences. * Maintain expert knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, beverage preparation, and menu offerings. * Set up and maintain the coffee station and service areas, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized. * Ensure food and beverage stations remain fully stocked throughout service. * Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. * Work closely with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service. * Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and provide attentive and intuitive service. * Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience. * Process orders, cash transactions, and credit card payments accurately and efficiently. * Ensure overall cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all work areas and equipment. * Support other Food \& Beverage outlets when required, including room service, bar, terrace, or restaurant operations. * Comply with departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and HACCP regulations. * Contribute to achieving departmental service and guest satisfaction goals. **Qualifications** **What we are looking for...** * \+2 years of experience in hospitality within food \& beverage. * Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management valuable. * Ability to multitask, work in a fast\-paced environment and have a high\-level attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
