We are seeking a bakery assistant for a permanent position. Main responsibilities include assisting the baker in preparing doughs and bakery products, including weighing ingredients, kneading, shaping, and baking. Cleaning of the work area and equipment, as well as packaging and decorating bakery products, are also included, ensuring full compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. A full-time indefinite employment contract is offered. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 02:00 to 08:30, and Saturdays, 01:00 to 08:30\. The gross monthly salary is 1\.580 euros, with pro-rated extra payments. At least five months of prior work experience is required. A category B driving licence is mandatory. The start date will be as soon as possible.
