Churro assistant position in Dos Hermanas (Seville). Responsibilities include weighing and measuring flour, water, salt, and other ingredients; mixing and kneading according to the traditional recipe. Also responsible for preparing the churro extruder with ready dough, monitoring the fryer temperature, carefully assisting in cutting or extruding the dough, and removing golden churros and porras to drain thoroughly. Additionally, serves orders on kraft paper or trays, prepares hot beverages such as chocolate or coffee, handles customer payments, and maintains cleanliness of the work area—including the fryer, tables, counter, and utensils. A fixed-term discontinuous employment contract is offered, full-time, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and a monthly salary of 1425 euros. This role supports the master churrero to ensure fast and orderly service, collaborating in frying operations, customer service, and premises cleaning.
