Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** **Job Description** **Mission** ---------- Comprehensively manage an assigned portfolio of assets, ensuring their optimal technical, operational, and financial performance. Coordinate the execution of strategies defined by senior management and supervise their proper implementation on a day-to-day basis. Maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with commitments and effective communication. Lead work teams, optimize resources, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards across all assets under responsibility. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Plan and coordinate asset operations and maintenance, ensuring execution in accordance with approved plans and under high quality and safety standards. * Continuously monitor the operational and financial performance of each asset, identifying potential deviations and implementing timely corrective actions. * Develop and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, optimizing resource allocation to maximize asset profitability. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports to evaluate the effectiveness of applied strategies. * Maintain operational and commercial relationships with partners, clients, and authorities, proactively managing incidents and generating improvement opportunities. * Supervise and assess compliance with operation, maintenance, and service contracts, ensuring supplier quality and efficiency. * Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, technical, and regulatory risks that may affect asset performance. * Coordinate with the technical department to implement improvements and innovations aimed at optimizing processes and reducing costs. * Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, technical, and environmental regulations governing asset operations. * Present comprehensive reports to management, including data, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements** -------------- * **Education:** Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration and Management; a master’s degree is preferred. * **Experience:** 10–20 years in asset or project management. * **Competencies:** Operational leadership, analytical ability, communication, and planning skills. * **Specific knowledge:** Technical and financial asset management, KPI monitoring, budget preparation, and sector-specific regulations. * **Languages:** English at C1 level. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring equal opportunity for all.
