We seek professionals experienced in organization, planning, and leadership, accustomed to coordinating multiple projects and clients, ensuring efficient production operations and attainment of operational goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate daily asphalt mixture production. * Organize teams, machinery, and material resources. * Coordinate production requirements with site managers, clients, and internal departments. * Supervise adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and productivity targets. * Simultaneously manage multiple projects and construction sites. * Resolve operational incidents and optimize processes. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and work teams. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
