Therefore, you will be able to: **Key responsibilities:** * Ensure cleanliness, order, and good condition of facilities, including common areas, changing rooms, and playing spaces. * Provide logistical support during sporting events: prepare venues, manage equipment and supplies, and coordinate requirements with responsible personnel. * Assist teams and users by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and incidents, delivering close, professional, and high-quality service. * Identify and report potential safety hazards (e.g., damaged surfaces, faulty equipment), apply basic preventive measures, and inform responsible personnel. * Collaborate with other departments and maintenance teams to ensure efficient and coordinated management. * Support general preventive maintenance tasks to guarantee optimal operation of spaces and facilities. **What we offer:** * Employment contract type: Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Working hours: Full-time. * Schedule distribution: Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive and rotating rest days. * Working hours: Intensive schedule, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Salary: €1,474.78 gross per month for 14 payments (€1,720.58 including pro-rata of extra payments), plus the Grup Blasi supplement, proportionally calculated based on actual working time. * Position: Sports Group Assistant (Professional Group: Sports Group Assistant G.4.2, Remuneration Level VII). * Benefits package: Comprehensive health coverage (subject to meeting Grup Blasi’s established eligibility criteria), free telemedicine and legal consultation services, flexible compensation, on-demand salary, subsidized cafeteria, open-house days, and much more. **Let the adventure begin!** *“We highly value diversity and foster an inclusive and respectful environment.”* **To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Intermediate level of English. * Valid driver’s license.
