At WES WORLD ENERGY, a partner company of Endesa, we continue growing and are seeking B2B Commercial Advisors to acquire and retain business clients in the province of Seville. Position Objective Your mission will be to drive commercial growth by acquiring new SMEs and businesses, offering energy solutions tailored to each company, with a consultative approach focused on savings and efficiency. Main Responsibilities * Proactive prospecting and acquisition of new business clients in Córdoba and its province. * Face-to-face commercial visits, phone calls, and generation of business opportunities. * Personalized advisory services on energy solutions for SMEs. * Preparation and presentation of commercial proposals. * Negotiation and closing of commercial agreements. * Customer follow-up and retention. * Achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in B2B acquisition. * Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Organizational ability and autonomy. * Basic CRM tool proficiency (valuable). * Residence in Córdoba or its province. Especially Valued * Experience in the energy sector. * Prior experience in SME client acquisition. * Knowledge of the local business market. * Profile accustomed to working based on targets and commissions.
