**Agricultural Laborers for Sunflower Seed Fields in Cártama, Málaga** We are seeking personnel to perform agricultural tasks in sunflower seed fields. Duties include laying thermal mulch and irrigation lines, removing rabbit-proof fencing, installing bird-repellent tape, sowing, weeding, assembling cages, removing off-type plants, seed cleaning, plant counting, pollination, pollen collection, and stake placement. Additional tasks include assembling and disassembling growth tunnels, grass maintenance, leaf sample collection, recording disease symptoms and off-type plants, bagging, harvesting, preparing land for sowing, preparing seedling trays, emasculation, pollen collection and storage, and data recording. Manual dexterity, physical agility, availability for immediate start, possession of a personal vehicle, and flexibility to work Monday through Sunday are required. Immediate hiring is offered, with morning shifts and contracts under the agricultural labor regime. The position is part-time.
