We seek a technically skilled, organized candidate with excellent customer interaction skills, capable of combining repair management, incident tracking, personalized customer support, and technical tasks including diagnosis, inspection, and workshop assistance. The selected candidate will be a key figure in the customer’s after-sales experience—helping explain appliance status, coordinating repairs, resolving queries, and ensuring clear, approachable, and professional service. **Main Responsibilities** * Management and tracking of repairs, incidents, and after-sales services. * In-person, telephone, and digital channel customer service. * Receiving, initial inspection, and inbound control of appliances. * Explaining equipment status to customers, providing usage recommendations, maintenance guidance, and possible solutions. * Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of kitchen robots and small appliances. * Technical inspection, cleaning, fine-tuning, and functional verification of equipment. * Basic mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs. * Coordination with the workshop and support in internal organization. * Warranty management, quotation preparation, notifications, and customer follow-up. * Support in store, workshop, and internal process improvement tasks. **Candidate Profile** * Responsible, communicative, courteous, and strongly customer-oriented. * Technically skilled, organized, methodical, and capable of working with precision. * Professional appearance and attitude. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly and simply explain technical matters. * Education in electronics, electromechanics, hardware computing, machinery maintenance, or related fields. * Ability to manage incidents with sound judgment, calmness, and responsibility. * Positive, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn. * Interest in technology, repair, household appliances, and cooking. * Prior experience in technical service departments (SAT), after-sales, repair, maintenance, electronics, hardware computing, or customer service is highly valued. * Candidates aligned with healthy lifestyle habits and committed to a smoke-free work environment are especially valued. **What We Offer** * Initial 6-hour workday, with realistic possibility of future expansion to full-time (8 hours). * Continuous training provided by the company. * Stable position with professional development path and growth opportunities. * Opportunity to join a specialized and growing company. * Positive work environment. * Professional, orderly environment focused on service quality.
