The company is known for its commitment to quality, adherence to deadlines, and seriousness in project execution. Responsibilities: * Perform high-quality and efficient masonry and construction work. * Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for project execution. * Layout and erection of structures (walls, partitions, columns, and partitions using various materials). * Assist in preparing foundations, structural elements, and finishes. * Carry out tiling, flooring, plastering, and rendering with mortar and pastes. * Execute complex elements such as arches, vaults, lintels, and ceramic roof coverings. * Maintain safety standards and comply with construction regulations. * Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as Site Manager on residential construction projects. Knowledge of construction project management and occupational safety regulations. Leadership and team management capabilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Forklift operator license. Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Certification: Basic Level Training (60 hours).
