**Responsabilities:** * Support in monitoring global supply chain activities using various software tools; * Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, Service Level Performance, Backlog development, forecast demand, and plan inventory levels; * Help collaborate with customer service, manufacturers, and logistics providers to improve supply chain processes; * Contribute to developing reports on supply chain performance metrics for management review; * Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; * Support compliance with international trade regulations and standards; * Help maintain and ensure the accuracy of data across systems, including customer, vendor, and material data; * Assist in creating dashboards and reports to support supply chain stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement; * Help visualize KPIs and performance indicators using tools like SAC, Power BI, Celonis, or Excel; * Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth data flow and process integration across the supply chain; * Adapt new data analytic tools and data services. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training; * 1\-5 years of professional experience / industry experience; * Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent).
