Propose process improvements to the tutor **Role Summary:** The apprenticeship provides hands‑on, practical training in a real work environment, allowing participants to develop job‑ready skills. **Your Role:** * Collaborate in different areas of the factory with the person in charge assigned by the area supervisor. * Analyze the processes where the practices are being carried out with the aim of proposing process improvements to the tutor. * Daily communication with area supervisors and at least once a week with the workplace tutor. * Develop a work summary of practices defined in collaboration with the tutor of the work center and the tutor of the teaching center. **Your Profile:** * Student at least intermediate level mechatronics training module. * Have all the subjects from the previous course approved. * Availability of shift work. * Interpretation of mechanical plans. * Knowledge of manufacturing concepts. * Proactive, cooperative and availability to teamwork.
