Job Summary: Warehouse operator responsible for preparation and mixing of raw materials, operation of production machinery, and quality control of the product. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and mixing of raw materials for substrates 2. Operation of production machinery (mixers, conveyor belts, sieves) 3. Quality control and compliance with safety regulations Warehouse operator position in Almería, with duties including preparation and mixing of raw materials (peat, coconut fiber, perlite, fertilizers) according to established formulations. Operation of production machinery such as mixers, conveyor belts, sieves, and bagging machines; process monitoring to ensure substrate quality, texture, moisture content, and homogeneity; dosage according to manufacturing orders; bagging, palletizing, and labeling; supply of production lines; basic equipment supervision; cleaning and preventive maintenance; quality control of finished products (weight, format, condition); loading and unloading using pallet trucks or forklifts; area organization; and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Collaboration with production and logistics teams, support in inventory management. A permanent employment contract is offered, full-time work schedule with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Monthly salary of €1,692 and job stability.
