Job Summary: Develop and enhance traceability applications for the horticultural and fruit sector, collaborating with customers on system design, implementation, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. The **MISSION** of this position is to develop and improve the MAF RODA Group's traceability applications, possessing knowledge of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) that will enable collaboration with our customers in designing, implementing, and maintaining traceability systems—helping them locate and track all raw materials, ingredients, and packaging used. Among the main **RESPONSIBILITIES**, you will be accountable for: Developing Front-End human-machine interface (HMI) and other Back-End software for IT projects. Providing technical consulting during traceability project studies to draft specifications jointly with customers and suppliers. Delivering technical support and after-sales assistance to our customers during commissioning and post-sales phases. Coordinating and/or delivering technical training—in both Spanish and English—to part of the customer’s staff, to familiarize them with the installed traceability system and how it impacts their daily operations. Producing required documentation—both technical and user-level—related to the installed traceability system. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**: Visual Studio, ASP.net, C\# SQL databases, SQL Server Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular.js Knowledge of inter-system communications such as sockets, web services, web APIs, WCF, ERP integration Github **LANGUAGES**: Spanish and fluent spoken and written English are mandatory. French language skills are desirable. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS**: Willingness to travel, including possible assignments to our French subsidiary and overseas locations. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**: Higher Technician Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Administration, or equivalent. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, or Network Systems Administration is desirable.
