The role serves as the technical reference for budgeting and financial analysis processes, driving continuous improvement within the Internal Control System (SCIIF). Main Responsibilities * Lead the preparation, monitoring, and updating of the annual budget, forecast, and monthly closings for all entities within the Spanish Integrated Network. * Analyze variances, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions, using financial and operational KPIs for detailed explanations. * Prepare reports and dashboards for management, including Power BI visualizations with an analytical and business performance-oriented focus. * Collaborate with the Consolidation team to ensure correct application of Spanish accounting standards and IFRS, guaranteeing consistent accounting policies across reports. * Participate in and understand group and subgroup consolidation processes. * Supervise and coordinate fixed asset financial control, ensuring appropriate classification, valuation, and accounting tracking. * Analyze fixed asset evolution (useful life, depreciation, impairments), in coordination with Consolidation and other operational areas. * Ensure proper inventory valuation, consistency between physical and accounting inventories, and appropriate recognition of impairments based on market changes. * Utilize advanced budgeting and consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Tagetik or similar), as well as Power BI, to automate processes and improve departmental efficiency. * Coordinate and manage the team—defining objectives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring work planning, prioritization, and quality, supported by Kanban methodology. Profile We Are Seeking * University degree in Business Administration & Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or related field. * A Master’s or postgraduate degree in Finance, Controlling, or Auditing will be valued. * 3–5 years’ experience in financial controlling or similar roles. * Proven prior experience in team coordination and people management. **Key requirement.** * Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and economic–financial analysis. * Advanced level of English, demonstrable. **Desired Skills and Knowledge** * Proficiency in planning/budgeting and consolidation tools. * Advanced knowledge of Spanish accounting standards (PGC) and IFRS. * Practical experience in consolidation (intercompany transactions, adjustments, scope definitions). * Advanced **Power BI** skills: data modeling and dashboard design. * Advanced Excel skills.
