Opportunities for professional development within the company **Job Offer: Logistics Operator \| Terrassa** **Location:** Terrassa **Department:** Logistics / Production, Chemical Plant **Job Description** At **Solenis**, we are looking for a **Logistics Operator** with a proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn to join our plant team. The selected candidate will participate in product receiving, storage, and shipping activities, as well as support basic production operations. Extensive prior experience is not mandatory, but commitment, organization, and teamwork are highly valued. We offer internal training on processes, safety, and material management within a dynamic industrial environment. **Main Responsibilities** Receiving and unloading raw materials and products, verifying quantities, condition, and documentation. Proper storage of products following the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle. Identification, labeling, and control of raw materials when required. Order preparation and product loading for shipment, meeting customer requirements and safety standards. Supporting packaging operations and basic production tasks. Inspecting tanks and equipment before loading/unloading (cleanliness, filters, hoses, valves, etc.). Recording warehouse movements and inventory in SAP. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in warehouses, loading/unloading areas, and equipment. Reporting incidents, anomalies, or accidents to the relevant departments. Complying with the plant’s safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** Vocational training or equivalent experience in an industrial/logistics environment. Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or production (desirable). Valid forklift operator license (highly desirable). Basic knowledge of computer tools (Office, SAP or similar). Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. Teamwork and good communication skills. **Desirable** Experience in chemical or industrial plant environments.
