AXF Natural is a biotechnology startup developing a sustainable microalgae production project in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands. We are building a technical production site that combines closed photobioreactor systems, pumps, piping, tanks, water treatment, utilities and practical industrial execution. We are looking for an Industrial Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination and execution of our technical installation on site. This is a hands\-on, field\-oriented role. We are looking for someone who can work with incomplete early\-stage information, turn concepts into practical execution plans, coordinate suppliers and contractors, and help build the technical foundation of the project. Key responsibilities: * Create phased and detailed technical execution plans for the project. * Coordinate photobioreactors, pumps, piping, tanks, water treatment, generator systems, electrical interfaces and utilities. * Prepare supplier specifications, RFQs, equipment lists, bills of materials and cost estimates. * Support layout planning, installation planning, testing, commissioning, maintenance access and future scale\-up. * Coordinate with architects, electricians, contractors, suppliers, technicians and the internal project team. * Supervise practical execution on site with contractors and technicians. * Identify technical risks, practical installation issues and possible improvements. * Help ensure that the installation is safe, accessible, maintainable and suitable for long\-term operation. Profile: * Strong hands\-on experience with industrial installations. * Good understanding of pumps, tanks, piping, skids, utilities and construction interfaces. * Able to work from incomplete early\-stage information and turn it into practical execution steps. * Basic CAD or layout ability. * Strong spreadsheet, equipment list, BOM and cost\-estimation skills. * Experience with pilot plants, water systems, biotechnology, aquaculture, agri\-tech or industrial production is a plus. * Hands\-on, field\-oriented and practical problem\-solver. * Spanish required; English useful. * Availability to work on site in Fuerteventura.
