We are looking for a proactive, committed, and responsible Data Analytics professional for the Underwriting Department (Technical Area), possessing strong analytical capabilities, teamwork competencies, and clear service orientation. Job Mission: Under the parameters established by the Company’s Leadership Standards, fulfill the objectives set by the Technical Area Management, taking responsibility for results related to enhancing knowledge of customers, products, partners, and competitors—applying artificial intelligence techniques to analyze the company’s internal databases and external information sources—with the ultimate goal of increasing sales and improving profitability according to defined targets. Responsibilities: * Analyze and clean databases to improve data quality, consistency, and effective utilization. * Analyze claims experience per product (frequency and cost) and identify the most relevant variables. * Support the development and monitoring of segmented pricing models, as well as the definition of prices and offers by customer profile. * Collaborate in reviewing risk acceptance and selection criteria. * Analyze portfolio behavior and provide analytical support for retention campaigns. * Prepare dashboards and reports for pricing and technical performance tracking. * Perform ad hoc analyses (elasticity, trends, simulations) on large volumes of data. * Analyze competitors’ prices and tariffs using publicly available sources. * Participate in international projects (English-language work environment) **Requirements:** --------------- Candidate Profile: * Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration & Economics (ADE), Engineering, or related field. * Strong analytical ability and passion for numbers. * Experience in insurance will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Advanced English proficiency.
