Responsibilities and Tasks: * Budgetary Control Support: Monitoring of the annual budget, actual vs. budget comparison, and variance analysis. Preparation of monthly financial performance reports. * Financial and Operational Reporting: Preparation of periodic reports (monthly, quarterly). Updating of financial KPIs: revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow, etc. Preparation of presentations for management. * Basic Financial Analysis: Cost analysis by department, project, or business unit. Simple financial modeling (forecasting, simulations), support in profitability analysis of products/services. * Support in Accounting Closings: Review of provisions, accruals, and adjustments. Preparation of documentation for internal/external audits. Validation of data integrity received from other departments. Use of tools such as Advanced Excel (mandatory), Power BI, SAP (desirable), etc. * Internal Department Support: Interaction with procurement, sales, and operations to gather information. Collaboration on internal financial efficiency projects. Participation in process improvement initiatives. **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- Requirements: * Higher education degree related to finance. * B2 English level is mandatory; German is desirable. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * SAP knowledge. * Basic (preferred) knowledge of Power BI. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
