We are currently seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant with at least one year of experience for our warehouse located in Stadler Albuixech. Responsibilities We are looking for a person responsible for: Stock reconciliation in the corresponding warehouse management system. Periodic tasks such as: SAP management with team supervisors and team leaders. Document management: delivery notes, waybills, etc., as required. Incident resolution (including possible LIST management via TEAMS) and support for supervisors. Requirements Education in Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative role (an advantage). Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email). Organized, responsible, and capable of working effectively within a team.
