The purpose of this role is to ensure comprehensive end\-to\-end monitoring of the Manual Billing process, performing operational and analytical tracking of manual invoicing, reconciliations, incidents, performance indicators, and implemented automations—providing continuous visibility into activities and proposing improvement actions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and achieving business objectives. ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include** * Conduct comprehensive monitoring of the Manual Billing service. * Monitor trends in billing and reconciliation volumes. * Prepare periodic operational and executive tracking reports. * Analyze production deviations and KPI compliance. * Track operational and technical incidents. * Coordinate incident resolution with business units, systems, and operations teams. * Perform root cause analysis (RCA). * Define and monitor corrective action plans. * Design dashboards and tracking metrics. * Monitor process productivity and performance. * Supervise the performance of RPA automations and quantify benefits achieved. * Identify opportunities for process optimization. * Prepare reports on efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement. * Present results and proposals in follow-up meetings with clients and operations managers. ### **Requirements** #### **What Will Make You Successful in This Role** * Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or back-office service monitoring. * Experience in operational reporting and KPI tracking. * Experience in data analysis and preparation of executive reports. * Experience in incident management and tracking of action plans. * Experience working with large volumes of information. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas). * Power BI or other data visualization tools. * Intermediate-level SQL. * Reporting and dashboarding. * Statistical analysis and indicator tracking. * Incident management. * Continuous improvement methodologies. * Knowledge of RPA automation (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar). ### **What We Offer** * Join an established corporate group with national and international presence. * Permanent contract. * 100% remote work arrangement. * Option to be assigned to offices in Sevilla, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment.
