Who We Are Looking For Essential Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in production environments or industrial workshops managing incident resolution. * Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and make decisions based on partial information. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, including active listening and the ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably. * Knowledge of PLC programming and frequency inverters. * Advanced ability to read drawings and electrical schematics. Additionally, the following will be valued: * Prior industrial experience of at least 2 years. * Experience with management systems (SAP) and incident tracking tools. * Proficiency in EPLAN.
