Workshop Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to resolve technical incidents in the workshop, acting as a liaison between production and engineering, interpreting electrical schematics, and documenting actions. You will be the point of reference for resolving workshop incidents and the direct link between production and the engineering department. Responsibilities: * Identify, analyze, and resolve technical incidents arising during staircase assembly and manufacturing in the workshop. * Act as a liaison between workshop operators/supervisors and the engineering team, clearly and effectively communicating needs and priorities. * Interpret electrical schematics and propose solutions that ensure uninterrupted production. * Document incidents and coordinate preventive and corrective actions. * Manage pressure in the work environment, mediate in conflict situations, and prioritize tasks according to urgency and impact. * Participate in daily follow-up meetings. Who We Are Looking For Essential Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in production environments or industrial workshops managing incident resolution. * Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and make decisions based on partial information. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, including active listening and the ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably. * Knowledge of PLC programming and frequency inverters. * Advanced ability to read drawings and electrical schematics. Additionally, the following will be valued: * Prior industrial experience of at least 2 years. * Experience with management systems (SAP) and incident tracking tools. * Proficiency in EPLAN.
