Job Summary: Welding robot operator responsible for supervision, adjustment, and quality control of parts, with interdepartmental coordination in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct operation and supervision of welding robot. 2. Initial quality control and incident management. 3. Operation of forklift truck and maintenance of robotic equipment. This position involves direct operation and supervision of a welding robot within an industrial production environment. The primary task is to adjust and control the equipment according to the parameters of each job, interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documents to ensure compliance with specifications. Initial quality control of parts is also performed, including visual inspection and measurement to detect potential defects such as porosity or lack of penetration, and reporting any deviations. The role includes preparing materials and the work area, as well as using a forklift truck to safely move components and finished products. Basic maintenance and cleaning tasks for robotic equipment are carried out, following safety and hygiene standards. Coordination with other departments—such as engineering and quality—is essential to optimize production and resolve incidents. Working hours follow a rotating shift schedule between morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday, according to the production plan. Practical, demonstrable experience in interpreting technical drawings is required, along with solid knowledge of industrial robotics and welding processes, and safe operation of forklift trucks. No specific academic qualification is required. A stable hourly wage is offered, subject to review after a probationary period, within a framework of employment stability.
