Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator in Rubí to perform tasks including goods receipt, stock placement, order picking, replenishment, quality control, and document management, ensuring order and safety. Organization and sense of order in the warehouse A company based in Rubí is seeking a WAREHOUSE OPERATOR. The tasks to be performed are as follows: 1\.\- Goods receipt: Unloading and verification of supplier orders at the entrance. 2\.\- Product placement: Organized storage and shelving of inventory according to references. 3\.\- Order preparation: \*Picking\* tasks and grouping of party items using PDA scanners. 4\.\- Stock replenishment: Continuous restocking of shelves and preparation zones. 5\.\- Cleanliness and maintenance: Cleaning and organizing the workspace to ensure a safe operational environment. 6\.\- Quality control: Verification that prepared products show no visible defects. 7\.\- Document management: Monitoring and reviewing both incoming and outgoing delivery notes (albarans). 8\.\- Load handling: Use of pallet trucks and mechanical equipment (forklift license preferred). 9\.\- Dispatch and packaging: Sealing, labeling, and bundling packages prepared for transportation. 10\.\- Occupational safety: Strict compliance with warehouse risk prevention regulations. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: 1\.\- Attention to detail and accuracy: The operator must be meticulous to ensure that products, models, colors, and quantities in orders are correct, thereby avoiding shipping errors. 2\.\- Ability to work in a team: The warehouse functions like a well-oiled machine. Effective communication, empathy, and coordination with colleagues in receiving, replenishment, and packaging are essential for smooth workflow. 3\.\- Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to alternate tasks according to daily needs (e.g., receiving today, picking tomorrow) and manage workload peaks associated with seasonal campaigns. 4\.\- Organization and sense of order: Someone who understands that a tidy warehouse is not only more efficient but also significantly safer to work in. 5\.\- Stress resistance / tolerance to pressure: Ability to remain calm and productive during periods of exceptionally high order volume—whether during specific times of the day or year.
