At TÜV Rheinland Ibérica, we are seeking a trainee to support technical\-administrative management and certification of systems related to food quality and safety schemes. * Scheduling and planning of audits * Coordinating audits with auditors and clients, and resolving issues and unforeseen events. * Monitoring deadlines for issuing reports and certificates for BRCGS, IFS, and Good Agricultural Practices (GlobalGAP, Integrated Production) files * Assigning and communicating files for review to the certification committee. * Managing and maintaining databases of standard owners * Maintaining databases of scheme owners and internal databases * Contract control and management * Supporting the management of certification application forms * Preparing and sending certificates to clients **Requirements** -------------- * University education in the agri-food sector * Knowledge of accredited standards and certification in the Agro\-Food sector * Proficiency in computer applications at an advanced user level * Knowledge of the agri-food sector, including Good Agricultural Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices * Basic knowledge of English and French. * Skills: planning and organizational ability, problem-solving capability, order and rigor, teamwork **What Can We Offer?** ------------------------- * Opportunity to learn and develop within a leading certification and quality standards company. * Practical training in system certification and management of food quality schemes. * Dynamic and collaborative working environment. * Potential for future employment based on performance **At TÜV Rheinland, we are committed to gender equality; therefore, this recruitment process will be conducted respecting the principle of non-discrimination and equal opportunity, and will be based solely on the merits and capabilities of candidates.** **If you wish to participate in the selection process, please submit your application and send your CV.
