Through this opportunity, you will assume the role of **Technical Lead Java** for one of the most important clients in the **textile sector**. **What will be your mission?** You will technically lead the Backend development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality. You will actively participate in development, maintaining a hands-on role in programming and code reviews. You will participate in overseeing the microservices- and hexagonal-based architecture. You will collaborate in requirements gathering and defining technical solutions aligned with business needs. You will oversee continuous integration and cloud environment deployments. You will foster a collaborative, learning-oriented, and continuously improving environment, driving technical excellence within the team. **To be a match...** Proven experience developing in Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience holding a Technical Lead role. Experience working with hexagonal architecture and microservices. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc. Experience or knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis is desirable. Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers. Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).
