Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to visit clients, take measurements, draft plans, manage budgets with suppliers, and plan work while controlling expenses. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomous resolution of technical and design problems on site We are seeking a Technical Architect. You will visit clients accompanied by a supervisor to take measurements, then draft plans in our office. You will speak with clients to understand their requirements. You will request quotations from material suppliers. You will control expenses when preparing the budget. Work scheduling. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience measuring spaces and drafting budgets. Ability to negotiate material prices, delivery timelines, and purchase terms. Technical capability to autonomously resolve structural or design issues arising during construction. Experience clearly, courteously, and professionally updating property owners on construction progress. * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Spanish (Advanced spoken, Advanced written) * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: AutoCAD, Presto (or similar budgeting software), Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP), Measurements and Budgeting * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1850' * Additional information: Working hours Monday to Thursday 8 hours per day, Friday 6 hours; no weekend work. Full-time position. Permanent contract effective from the first day of employment.
