Main Responsibilities Daily management and coordination of the establishment. Team supervision and shift scheduling. Stock control, ordering, and supplier management. Ensuring service quality and customer experience. Active participation in process improvement and business growth. Supporting future development of the project. ### **Requirements** Previous experience as a Supervisor, Manager, or Team Leader in hospitality, cafés, or restaurants. Leadership and organizational skills. Solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven individual. Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team members. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus). ### **What We Offer** Base salary of €2,400. Additional incentive based on profit percentage.
