**Do you love padel and enjoy interacting with people?** Padel Zoco is a project founded by **two brothers passionate about padel**, with a clear goal: to create a different, approachable, and specialized store where **personalized customer service** and in-depth product knowledge set us apart. The project is growing, and we are looking to bring on board a person who will assume a **key role in the day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse**, with real responsibility, autonomy, and enthusiasm to grow within a small yet rapidly expanding company. **What will the position involve?** * In-store customer service and personalized advice * Phone and WhatsApp customer support (customer service) * Processing and preparing online orders * Receiving goods and managing incoming shipments * Stock counting and inventory control * Warehouse and in-store product organization * Uploading products to the website and updating stock levels * Cash register management * Ensuring the store remains consistently tidy and well-presented This is a position with **direct responsibility for daily operations**, where the smooth functioning of the store will depend significantly on your work. **What kind of candidate are we looking for?** * Prior experience in customer service (retail or specialty store) * Good command of English * Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual * Interest in padel or sports * Knowledge of sporting goods will be considered an advantage **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 10:30–14:30 and 16:30–20:30 * 40 hours per week **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract * Salary commensurate with the role and experience, subject to review based on performance * A growing and expanding project * Real opportunities for career growth and increased responsibilities * Direct interaction with the founders and a close-knit working environment * Discounts on sporting goods **How to Apply** Applications will be handled **exclusively by email**.
