**Personality Requirements**
* You strive to challenge the status quo and create better solutions. You value high standards, never compromise on quality, and have a genuine passion for tackling challenges with technical depth.
* You are highly autonomous and do not wait for instructions; instead, you take the initiative to review code, test thoroughly, and find ways to improve the system. You embrace a practical, hands\-on approach with a strong team spirit, ensuring accurate and precise delivery.
