Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to strengthen the IT department and support the company’s technological transformation by leading the evolution and optimization of systems. Definition of development standards and technical documentation We are looking for a **Senior Software Engineer** with proven experience in corporate environments and system integration projects to reinforce the IT department and accompany the company during a critical phase of technological transformation. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Serve as the technical reference for ERP evolution, optimization, and adaptation, as well as associated solutions, leading improvement initiatives and integration with other company tools. * Develop and maintain internal applications and integrations using backend services (.NET/C\#/Java), scripting (Python/PowerShell), RESTful APIs, and ETL processes, while also optimizing SQL Server databases. * Define development, versioning, and technical documentation standards to professionalize the IT ecosystem and reduce reliance on ad-hoc solutions. * Coordinate and supervise external vendors, reviewing technical deliverables and ensuring timely delivery. * Ensure information security and business continuity through access policies, backup procedures, and recovery plans. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate software development, with solid knowledge of integrations and data management. * Experience in ERP projects (implementation, integration, or extensions). * Proficiency in SQL (data modeling, query optimization, stored procedures). * Backend development experience in one or more major languages (C\#/.NET, Java, Python). * Knowledge of REST APIs, ETL, and data flows. * Understanding of enterprise application architecture: layers, security, integration patterns. * Strong technical and functional documentation skills, with ability to produce clear diagrams and guides. * Experience managing external vendors and cross-departmental communication. * Adaptability and project management capability. * Teamwork orientation and fluent communication. * \[Preferred] Knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES), warehouse management systems (WMS), or e-commerce. **What does the company offer?** * Hybrid work model: 2 days remote work per week * Salary: 35\-40K * Full-time position * Location: Yecla, Murcia Reclut is a boutique recruitment and headhunting consultancy.
