You will join a dedicated team, collaborating on a highly stable project with a Public Sector organization in Andalusia, carrying out GIS development work. We seek someone proficient in both back-end and front-end development—including proprietary and open-source technologies—while also possessing GIS development expertise. Minimum 5 years of experience required. MUST-HAVE \- RESIDENCE IN SPAIN **Requirements** **Technical Competencies** * GIS Development in Java and Python: Expertise in libraries such as arcpy, GeoPandas, GeoPy, PyQGIS, GDAL. * Web GIS Development: Proficiency in Java and Vue.js, integrating GIS components into web applications. * Advanced Programming: Experience with .NET and Java. * Spatial Databases: Administration and utilization of Oracle and PostgreSQL/PostGIS. * Geometric Networks: Modeling and analysis of road networks, street networks, and transportation systems. * Open Data Sources: Familiarity with OpenStreetMap. * OGC Services: Design and configuration of WMS/WMTS services in environments such as GeoServer. * GIS Solution Architecture: Design oriented toward scalability, security, and best practices (design patterns, REST APIs, integration of GIS components). * ESRI Utility Network Certification (highly desirable). **Functional Competencies** * Definition of functional and technical processes for geospatial data integration * Management and coordination of technical teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards * Design of optimized workflows and advisory support on GIS standards * Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proper system integration and evolution * Knowledge transfer and training for technical and functional profiles **Additional Information** **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** ✍ Permanent, full-time contract. * Flexible working hours and remote work model.
