Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is an iconic five-star hotel located in the heart of the capital, where historic elegance meets the highest standards of operational excellence and service. **About the Role** Based at **Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid**, within the **Security Department**, the **Security Supervisor** is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the Security team, ensuring compliance with hotel and Group standards, policies, and procedures. **As Security Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:** * Supervising the daily performance of Security Officers and CCTV Operators. * Coordinating shift operations and leading pre-service briefings. * Ensuring compliance with security standards, codes of conduct, and MOHG procedures. * Deploying security resources efficiently according to risk assessments and operational needs. * Responding immediately to incidents, accidents, and emergency situations. * Supervising security patrols, rounds, and access controls. * Monitoring proper use of security systems (CCTV, alarms, key control, access control). * Preparing and reviewing daily activity and incident reports for the shift. * Providing on\-the\-job training and support to the Security team. * Participating in emergency drills, evacuations, and security training exercises. * Coordinating with other departments to ensure safe and seamless operations. * Maintaining a professional, calm, and guest-oriented presence at all times. **As Security Supervisor, we expect you to have:** * Prior experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably in luxury hospitality or similar environments. * Leadership and operational team supervision capabilities. * Knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency response protocols. * Ability to make effective decisions under pressure. * Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills. * High sense of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality. * Service orientation and sensitivity to guest experience. * Fluency in **Spanish**; basic knowledge of **English** is desirable. * Commitment to Mandarin Oriental’s values, Pillars, and LQEs. **Our Commitment and Benefits** **Learning and Development**: Personalized learning and development programs designed to support leadership growth and continuous improvement. **MOstay**: Complimentary stays of 3–10 nights and exclusive rates at Mandarin Oriental hotels worldwide. **Colleague Health and Wellbeing**: Health benefits and wellbeing initiatives, including on-site physiotherapy access, as well as the option to enroll in private medical insurance as part of a flexible benefits plan (approx. €48.79/month). **Retirement and Security**: Retirement plans based on tenure and additional social benefits. **Local Benefits**: Meals during shifts, uniform, and laundry services. **Commitment and Community**: Regular town hall meetings, team events, colleague celebrations—including Three Kings Day and retirement recognitions—volunteering opportunities, and access to a Social Fund offering support to colleagues in times of need. **Salary**: Between €30,000 and €33,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments. **We Are Fans.
